A Gift of Thought

AGiftofThought2

Sylvie swore she’d never go back to Tassamara. She was wrong.

At seventeen, Sylvie Blair left her infant son with his grandparents while she went shopping. She never returned. Twenty years later, she’s devastated to learn of his early, untimely death. But although Dillon’s body is long since buried, his spirit lingers on.

And he’s not real happy.

He doesn’t like his mom’s job—too dangerous. He doesn’t like her apartment—too boring. And he definitely doesn’t like her love life—non-existent.

But when Dillon decides that his parents should be living happily ever after, he sets them on a path that leads deeper and deeper into danger.

Can Sylvie let go of the past and embrace the future?

And can Dillon survive the deadly energy he unwittingly unleashes?

  1. Hi Sarah, Another brilliant Tassamara story. My review is now live on my blog, Amazon UK and Goodreads (Excerpt below)

I really enjoyed this book. I found that as it focused on different characters, it has really started to paint a picture of the town of Tassamara, rather than the series centring on the same main people throughout.
There is a hint of romance, and a hint of the paranormal/supernatural in this story. I love a good freaky story so the latter would normally be my thing – however, the romance element added a nice tone to the story without taking away the main fact – that Tassamara is a Psychic town.
The only reason I have for not rating this book as highly as the first is that I found the character of Akira to be more appealing to me personally than Sylvie.

I would give this book 4.5/5
