I am sad to be living in a van today, because my system is violently rejecting yesterday’s delicious pork spareribs. But glad to be alone in my van, because it would be even more unpleasant if I was sharing my space with anyone besides Z.
I was glad to be in Arcata yesterday, though. We had a beautiful time at the beach. Zelda took off and ran like a puppy, so happy to be free. She met some other dogs and sniffed them nicely, then moved on, and ran some more. Lots of good smells, lots of room to run, lots of joy.

Ribs are hard on my system too, so, you have my sympathy.
Reading back a few posts your posts on soup have also made me want to buy an instapot. I don’t live in a van but still my storage space is limited. However 30minute soup is tantalizing.
Zee is cute as ever.

Thanks! I am finally better but it was a rough couple days. Glad I made you chuckle, though!

If I lived in a non-moving space, I’d let my instapot sit out on my counter, because even with very limited counter space in the van, I use it often enough that it would be worth it to me. And thanks for the Zee compliment! I think she’s looking very cute these days (needs a fur trim!)

Have to smile here, seeing Z playing there on the beach. Dogs do love the ocean!! So sorry your system is giving you grief. Been there, done that many, many times. Have to wonder if it was just the meat itself or something in the sauce that affected you. Not fun, no matter the cause. Take care of yourself.

Z was so happy. I’m really looking forward to bringing her back on the next nice day. Gotta watch out for dangerous surf here, though. And thanks for the sympathy. I’m really not sure what my problem was, because I was much sicker than any typical food reaction. But it’s waning now, so I’m not going to worry about it too much!
